The process of sectional drawing

In this post, I am going to discuss the development of the sectional drawing process. Here, in this term I have mainly focused on the SketchUp model making. Therefore, I have sketched the sectional drawing according to the sketch up model. I have sketched the below sectional drawings with the light pad and copied the printed out sectional view of sketch up model. For this, I have used the section plane tool to take the sectional view of the model.

For this, I used 1:1 scale in sketch up which means scale is equal to 1 real life scale . so it was in architectural meters. As it is shown in the above, this is the side section of the creche. As I showed in the elevational drawings, I drew this sketch in the same way. I drew this in black and white since it has to be in black and white instead of coloured  way.

Here, I have finished up the sectional drawings with erase tools, and cleaned the background extra unnecessary lines and dots. Then, I added the scale and the named them and I believe these sketches are better and show how it looks in sectional view.  Thus, I developed my drawing skills as well as digital skills throughout this activity.
