“They also wanted a nice social space to gather friends and family,” says Studio mk27’s project manager Samanta Cafardo".(Ly, 2016) According to the request of the client, Samanta Cafardo and Diana Radomysler decided to create a connection between the house and the nature. Their idea was to insert the house in to the environment of mountainous vegetation with a sea view. Moreover, they tried to find a suitable place in Brazil after considering the Brazilian environmental protection laws which led them to find a place of mountainous slope. However, the house is built with three floors which are divided by wooden decks and the through a staircase the first floor is opened with six bedrooms and five of each bedrooms have verandas. The roof system is mostly covered with sauna and the water pool.References
